Terms & Conditions
1. DELIVERY
1.a. Orders are accepted and promised for delivery, given condition upon our
being able to secure the necessary goods, labour, and materials and without
responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of
manufacture, strikes, accidents or other circumstances beyond our control.
1.b. Prices (unless otherwise stated) are inclusive of postage & packing. Goods
will be despatched via Royal Mail within 2 days.
1.c. Any claim for shortages or damages must be made upon the Company within 48
hours of delivery, and is confirmed in writing by letter or email within 7 days
of delivery. In any event the customer shall be treated as having accepted any
consignment of the goods if it retains them for longer than 7 days after the
delivery date.
2. PAYMENT
2.a. Payment must be received before goods are despatched by payment methods Pay
Pal or Cheque.
2.b. If you wish to pay by cheque, select the pay by cheque option in the drop
down menu at the checkout. Please make cheques payable to Tile Rite, Unit 2,
Phoenix Road, Hawks Green, Cannock, Staffs. WS11 7LR. (goods will only be
despatched on receipt of cheque, a confirmation email will be sent when goods
are paid for and despatched.)
2.c. Failure to pay within 7 days of placing an order, will mean that
Tiletransfers.co.uk have the right to delete this order.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
3.a. www.tiletransfers.co.uk offers an exchange policy but not a refund policy.
Any goods that are unsuitable may be exchanged for goods up to the same value
minus delivery charge* as long as the items are unopened, and in perfect
condition.
If the items purchased are unsuitable, the customer must report this within 14
days of purchase and must confirm in writing by letter or email. If the 14 days
are exceeded the customer shall be treated as having accepted their order.
* Any unsuitable items must be sent back to www.tiletransfers.co.uk, Unit 2,
Phoenix Rd, Hawks Green, Cannock, Staffs, WS11 7LR, (with royal mail free proof
of posting certificate) A stamped self addressed envelope must be included in
order to receive your exchange goods. Contact the store for postage & packing
costs.
